This service, HouseCalls, is a personalized appointment reminder system that will call your house to remind you of upcoming appointment with our office.

HouseCalls will access your home phone number and deliver an informative message pertaining to your next appointment. The system will play the message using the voice of a staff member from our office. After you hear your appointment reminder message, HouseCalls will allow you to confirm your appointment, replay the message or leave a message for our office. For example, HouseCalls will notify you to press '1' to confirm this appointment, press '2' to replay this message or press '3' to leave a message for our office.

HouseCalls will also leave a message on your telephone answering machine if you aren't home. We can send a fax or an e-mail if you would prefer to be contacted that way.

HouseCalls will be calling your home, usually late in the morning two days day before your appointment. I know we all get unwanted, "computer-type" calls, so please be sure to listen for Michelle's voice. Also, please let others in your family know to expect a call from us like this so they don't just hang up!

We have decided to implement HouseCalls because we feel it is important to provide the highest level of service and the most efficient means of communication.
