At Hidden Valley Orthodontics, comprehensive orthodontic treatment typically ranges from $3,000 to $7,000, depending on the complexity of your case and the type of treatment that’s right for you. Every smile is different, which means your investment is based on your specific needs.

We also believe in keeping your general dentist informed. That’s why we send detailed reports to your dentist before and after treatment. If coordination with your dentist is required for any dental work, Dr. Fortney will personally reach out and communicate directly with them. This keeps everyone on the same page and ensures you’re always fully informed about your treatment progress and oral hygiene.
At your free consultation, our experienced financial coordinator will take the time to answer your questions, review your treatment fee, explain your payment options clearly, and assist you with insurance claims to help you maximize your benefits.
Your treatment fee is largely based on the complexity of your individual case. From there, we’ll build a payment plan that works comfortably within your budget. We offer low payment options, as well as interest-free extended monthly payment plans designed to fit your financial needs. We can also arrange payments to align with your Flex Spending (FSA) or HSA plans, and we accept most major credit cards for down payments.
We also offer a 3% bookkeeping credit for accounts paid in full at the start of treatment.
We accept most insurance plans, including many PPO and all “indemnity” plans. Indemnity plans typically allow you to choose any orthodontist and still receive your full available benefits. While some PPO plans recommend providers within a specific network, many still allow you to visit the orthodontist of your choice and receive out-of-network benefits.
