Monthly Dress-Up Raffles

Don’t know what to wear to your appointment? Here’s an idea! Dress up at your appointment each month to get your name entered in a raffle for a $25 gift card to a local restaurant. Each month of the year is a different dress-up theme. At the end of each month, a winner is randomly drawn for this month’s gift card.

A big THANK YOU to the local businesses who partnered with us this year to donate a $25 gift card prize to their establishment!
